About Us

Regiments Capital offers a very successful combination of entrepreneurial experience, expertise and empowerment credentials. Its team boasts extensive experience in fund and risk management, trading, marketing, derivatives structuring, private equity management and senior level management.

The group of companies has been at the forefront of significant events in local financial companies, setting up and managing some of the best performing hedge funds, structured funds, enhanced yield money markets and fixed income funds in the country. More significantly, Regiments Capital has been at the forefront of BBBEE through the establishment of pioneering BBBEE companies like Thebe Investments. One of our most significant highlights to date is that our key personnel have contributed to the drafting and formalising of the South African Financial Services Charter.

Operating primarily in the public sector space, Regiments Capital caters for the complex needs of local, regional and provincial governments, state owned enterprises, corporations, institutions and entities responsible for infrastructure development.
