Debt Capital Markets Advisory Services

With more than 15 years of collective experience helping various organisations raise capital, the Regiments Capital Debt Capital Markets Advisory team is an integral partner assisting clients with capital expenditure planning, funding plan development, and capital raising programme management.

This advisory team has proved to be leaders in alternative client-oriented solutions and structures, having assisted clients raise capital in excess of R6 billion in the form of development finance institutions (DFIs), local and international debt capital markets (DCMs), banking loans, project finance and export credit agencies (ECA s).

Recognising the cost realities of infrastructure development but believing in its upliftment potential, Regiments Capital structures, arranges and issues various debt instruments to the benefit of mainly public sector clients.
