A proprietary investment by Regiments Capital, Regiments Healthcare (Pty) Ltd is a unique, black-owned business that focuses on specifically identified gaps in the healthcare space.  A virtual 'one-stop-shop' for the healthcare sector, Regiments Healthcare provides exceptional synergies between healthcare solutions and public-private partnerships across the focus areas of infrastructure development, specialised management consulting (including training) and capital raising solutions. These focus areas will be unpacked in greater detail in the 'Focus Area Detail' section below.

Regiments Healthcare, actively seeks to acquire investments across the healthcare value chain, all of which derive the benefit of being classed as being Black Economic Empowerment deals due to Regiments Healthcare's black-ownership base. Current investments in this regard include:

*              HeXor - health econometrix and outcomes research.

*              M-care - a group of sub-acute medical facilities.

Regiments Healthcare and its strategic partners are able to provide turnkey solutions for healthcare infrastructure development including business case/feasibility studies, licensing acquisition, development and planning, construction commissioning and equipping, identification and assistance in provision of an operator (where applicable).

Capital Raising

The Regiments Capital group together with Regiments Healthcare provides in-depth industry knowledge and experience within structured solutions and debt origination for the healthcare sector.

Management Consulting

Specialising in but not limited to the public sector healthcare space, Regiments Healthcare is adept at sourcing, facilitating and managing projects.
